Reset Your Password
Password resets are managed by your institution.
TENET does not manage individual passwords Your eduAccess password is the same as your institutional credentials. To reset it, you must contact your institution's IT support.

For Students:
Contact your university's student IT helpdesk or self-service portal.

For Staff:
Contact your institution's IT support department directly.

What You'll Need:
Your student/staff number and a form of identification for verification.
