First-Time Account Setup

New to eduAccess? Follow these steps to activate access via your home institution.

Step 1 of 4

  1. Locate your institutional account details
    Your username and initial password are issued by your university or research institution (not by TENET).
  2. Change your initial password
    Use your institution's self-service portal or IT helpdesk to change the temporary password you received.
  3. Enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    Once your password is set, visit the MFA Settings page to review supported factors.
  4. Test access to eduAccess services
    Sign in at the main eduAccess login page and confirm that you can reach services provided by your institution.
