First-Time Account Setup
New to eduAccess? Follow these steps to activate access via your home institution.
Step 1 of 4
- Locate your institutional account details
Your username and initial password are issued by your university or research institution (not by TENET).
- Change your initial password
Use your institution's self-service portal or IT helpdesk to change the temporary password you received.
- Enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Once your password is set, visit the MFA Settings page to review supported factors.
- Test access to eduAccess services
Sign in at the main eduAccess login page and confirm that you can reach services provided by your institution.
